Daniel helps industrial teams understand where they stand before investing in AI. His job is to measure — processes, data, people — and turn that reading into a prioritised, budgeted action plan.

Founder of IA Girona, he has led more than 40 diagnoses at manufacturing companies in the north-east, from supply chains to assisted quality control. He combines technical training in communication and systems with 15 years of field experience.
